His doc thinks that his high pressures are causing his heart to shunt blood through his remaining vsd right to left, which would be unoxygenated blood, making his sats lower. The good news is that won't neccesarily make him poop out because he's not working super hard to breath. He does have a plureul effusion thats adding to all of this.
